Free hotel pickup is included from Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud, Uluwatu, Sanur, and Kuta. If you're staying outside these areas, message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm pickup for your hotel. Pickup and drop-off are part of every tour price, so there are no extra transfer fees and your driver meets you right at the lobby.
Every tour price includes hotel pickup and drop-off, an English-speaking local guide, and entrance fees for the sites on that itinerary. Tours that cross to Nusa Penida also include the return speedboat. Lunch is included only where the tour says so. There are no hidden fees, and the per-person price you see is the final price you pay.
Most Bali day tours run 9 to 12 hours, hotel to hotel. The Uluwatu Sunset and Kecak tour is shorter at 5 to 6 hours, and the Mount Batur Sunrise Trek starts before dawn and finishes by late morning (6 to 7 hours). Each tour card shows its exact duration and pickup time so you can plan your day.
Group tours share a vehicle and guide with up to 8 guests, which keeps the per-person price low. Private tours give you an exclusive vehicle, guide, and the freedom to set your own pace, ideal for families and couples. A private car charter with an English-speaking driver starts from USD 45 per day.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour, no questions asked. You can also reschedule for free up to 12 hours before departure. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable, because your driver and guide are already reserved for your group on that date.
Pay your driver on the day of the tour, in Indonesian Rupiah or US Dollars, whichever is easier for you. No upfront online payment is required for most tours and there are no booking fees. For multi-day private charters we may ask for a small deposit, always confirmed over WhatsApp first.
Yes. Child seats are available on request at no extra cost. Just tell us your child's age when you book on WhatsApp and we'll have the right seat fitted in the vehicle for your pickup. We're happy to help families plan tour timing around nap and meal schedules too.
All of our guides speak fluent English. Some also speak Mandarin, Japanese, or Bahasa Indonesia. If you'd like a guide who speaks a specific language, mention it when you book on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to match you with the right guide for your tour date.
